COACHING OF ORGANISATIONS


Coaching for organisations
means that the coach needs to have a global vision of the organisation’s issues. The coach sets up a contract with the leader of the organisation about the changes to be implemented.

In coaching an organisation, the coach will intervene at various levels, both vertically (hierarchical) and horizontally (across teams) within the management matrix.

More often than not, the coach’s job will be to identify the levers of interrelational change within the organisation and engage employees in the organisation to use these levers, using techniques of group dynamics.
