CHANGE MANAGEMENT


The coach acts as facilitator for the change the client wants to manage within the organisation. Without replacing the client, this enables the latter to develop his leadership skills within his team.

The coach enables the leader to open up a range of possibilities to engage his team in pursuing the necessary changes.

In order to do this, the coach works with the client in examining the team’s capacity to agree on the issues and benefits of the required change, at the same time high- lighting the strategies which will be required to get there.
